Job Duties/Responsibilities

- Reporting to the CEO, the Tour Product Development Executive will have responsibilities to grow the Alaska market and that of neighboring cities. You will be responsible for sourcing ideas and executing them. You will work with different people and teams both internally and externally to bring this product to market. You will manage partner relationships, create marketing assets, work with operations to ensure.
Basic skills

- Must be a methodical, meticulous, analytical, resourceful and creative problem solver.
- Have short-term and long-term project execution experience.
- Must be able to complete work effectively within pressure and deadlines.
- Able to effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks based on safety and task importance.
- Have the ability to develop and solve unusually complex problems, which requires a high degree of creativity and innovation.
- Proficient in the computer skills of Google suite/Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), social media knowledge is a bonus.
- Familiar with business etiquette, have good communication and coordination skills, can handle various emergencies flexibly, articulate, can perceive words, and have quick thinking.
- Possess good cultural accomplishment, behave appropriately, have strong comprehension ability, public relations management ability.
- Have a solid foundation in writing, high professionalism and confidentiality.
Eligibility and conditions
- Bachelor degree or above, legal affairs, civil engineering and other majors are preferred.
- At least 3 years of progressive project management experience in small-scale to large-scale projects, working as a large-scale enterprise, and group executive secretarial work is preferred.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to communicate and write effectively in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Spanish are rewarded)
- Must meet the qualifications to work in the United States.
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Must have reliable transportation for local travel
